Privacy policy
This policy covers romundev.com, the website of Romun Development. Our products — Home Poker HQ, Pos Morte and List O’ Lists — are separate services with their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them.
The short version
We collect as little as possible. Analytics are optional and off unless you accept them. If you use the contact form we keep what you send so we can reply. We don’t sell anything to anyone, and there’s no advertising or profiling on this site.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read. It is off by default. Nothing is collected until you press Accept on the cookie banner, and you can decline with no loss of functionality — the site behaves identically either way.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and basic device and page information. Advertising, ad personalisation and ad-related data sharing are disabled. Google acts as our processor; their handling is described in Google’s privacy policy.

The contact form
If you send a message we store your name, email address, optional subject and the message itself, so we can read and reply to it. Your email address is encrypted at rest in our database. We deliberately do not record your IP address or browser user-agent with a submission.
A copy of the message is also emailed to us. We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for correspondence, and delete them when they no longer are.
What we never do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Build profiles of visitors.
Other services this site relies on
- Microsoft Azure — hosting for the website and its database.
- Typefaces — the fonts this site uses are served from romundev.com itself. They were previously loaded from Google’s servers, which disclosed your IP address to Google on every page load, whatever your analytics choice. That dependency has been removed: no request leaves this site to fetch them.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@romundev.com and we’ll action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
